Listed here for your consideration is the Canon 70-200 f/2.8 L IS II for the EF mount. I bought this lens from e Bay in October 2019 and it was my go-to portrait and event lens until October 2021 when I purchased the RF 70-200 f/2.8 L. I also have a Nikon system and the VR II version of their 70-200, so I no longer need this lens and am hoping it gets many more years of use out of a new owner! Functionally, this lens operates flawlessly and is optically as great as you'd expect from a high-end Canon 'L' series lens. The zoom ring and all buttons operate smoothly. Honestly, I can't tell much difference between photos taken with this lens and my newer RF version - it's that good! Cosmetically, the lens is in excellent condition. I baby my gear and did my best to take the best care of it as humanly possible. There is some very slight paint loss in one small area, as pictured in photo #7, and one part of the zoom ring has a little bit of grime, as pictured in photo #8, which I suspect can be easily cleaned. Included with the lens is its original carrying case and ET-87 hood. The hood itself shows its own signs of use, with some scratches, but still displays extremely well. Front and back lens caps will also be provided. There may be a few specs of dust inside the lens, none of which affect its optical performance. The lens will be cleaned prior to being shipped out. This item will be packed professionally by the fine folks at The UPS Store in Logan, WV. They have never let me down! Signature will be required upon delivery.
